After Simmba, the actor-director Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty, respectively reuniting for another project, which is an official adaptation of a play ‘The Comedy of Errors’ which one of William Shakespeare’s plays, the film will be a remake of Sanjeev Kumar and Deven Verma’s retro film Angoor.
Ranveer Singh has three films lined up for release – ’83 and Jayeshbhai Jordaar while an interesting cameo in Sooryavanshi. Ranveer will reunite with Rohit Shetty yet again after their blockbuster Simmba. The actor-director duo will work together for their next project.

According to reports, the film will tell the story of identical twins separated at birth, only to be reunited years later, leading to a comedy of errors. The film will also see Varun Sharma in a leading role, playing identical attendants to Ranveer’s characters.
Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde have been roped in as the female leads in the film that will also feature Mukesh Tiwari, Sanjay Mishra, Vrajesh Hirjee and Johnny Lever in significant roles. Ranveer is also set to reunite with his ‘Simmba’ actor Sulbha Arya.
The shoot is expected to go on floors next month, with schedules set to be shot in Ooty, Goa, and Mumbai.
While Ranveer and Rohit await the release of ‘Sooryavanshi’, reports state that this comedy is slated for a 2021 release. Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series presents the film in association with Reliance Entertainment while Shetty is producing it too.
