But the fight between Indian YouTube and TikTok stars has flared up on social media after Carry Minati’s YouTube Video roasting TikTok went viral.
This time, TikTok influencer named Faizal Siddiqui faced allegation of promoting acid attack on women. In the video, Faizal is seen throwing liquid on the face of a woman who betrayed her.The girl’s face, covered with heavy makeup, interpreted as bruises and damage done by the ‘acid’.Soon after it went viral Rekha Sharma, the chairperson of the National Commission for Women wrote to TikTok to delete the video and delete Faizal’s account.Later on the video was taken down by TikTok India.
TikTok Deletes Faizal Siddiqui’s Video but he has issued a statement and apologised for it.
Many people on expressed their anger at the video by demanding that Siddiqui should be behind the bars for promoting acid attack.
